Full-service clients typically book 6-12 months before their wedding, though we can accommodate shorter timelines. Partial planning clients often book 3-6 months out, and day-of coordination is usually booked 2-4 months before the wedding. However, every situation is unique – contact us regardless of your timeline.

Absolutely! All of our packages are designed to be flexible. We can add hours, include additional services, or create a completely custom package based on your needs.

We work with any vendors you choose! While we’re happy to provide recommendations from our network of trusted professionals, you’re never required to use specific vendors. We coordinate seamlessly with any vendor team.

You’ll receive access to Aisle Planner, a comprehensive wedding planning software that includes: checklist and timeline, budget tracking, vendor management, guest list and RSVP tracking, seating chart tool, file storage, and mobile app access.

Typically, your lead coordinator plus 1-2 assistant coordinators based on guest count and complexity. We ensure adequate staffing for seamless coordination.

We require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before your wedding. Specific payment schedules are outlined in your contract.
