Our Story
Simply Events was founded in January 2010 by Deb Erb with a simple but powerful mission: to create intimate and personalized events that capture the uniqueness of each client.
With a background in human resources and over 30 years of event planning experience – from nonprofit galas to church events, class reunions to corporate training – Deb saw a need for professional, service-focused event coordination in Central Pennsylvania.
What started as a small planning company has grown into Lancaster County’s largest event planning team. Today, Simply Events employs 18 dedicated coordinators who bring over 30 years of combined experience to every celebration they touch.

In 2023, Simply Events founded The Event Collective, a full-service rental company offering 500+ rental items. This sister company allows us to provide seamless coordination between planning and rentals – giving our clients on point of contact and exclusive pricing benefits.
