Our Pricing and Process

Every corporate event is unique with different objectives, budgets, and requirements. We provide custom quotes based on:

  • Event scope and complexity

  • Number of attendees

  • Service level needed (full planning vs. coordination only)

  • Event duration and timeline

  • Vendor management requirements

  • For large conferences, 6-12 months is ideal. For smaller meetings and events, 1-3 months is typically sufficient. However, we can accommodate tighter timeliens when needed.

  • Absolutely! We coordinate with any vendors you choose. We can also provide recommendations from our network of professional vendors.

  • Event date, estimated attendee count, event type, location preferences, and general scope of services needed.

  • Yes, our team provides professional on-site coordination and staffing for your event day.
