Aisle Planner gives wedding clients 24/7 access to their planning details. Stay organized, track progress, and collaborate with your coordinator seamlessly.

With 18 coordinators, you have the benefit of our entire team’s knowledge and support – not just one planner who might be unavailable.

What Makes Our Process Different?

  • Our booking coordinator will help you determine the best fit during your initial consultation. We can customize packages to match your exact needs.

  • In many cases, yes! We can often upgrade your package if you find you need additional support. Contact your coordinator directly to discuss.

  • Contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to find a solution and transfer your services to your new date when possible.

  • Frequency depends on your package and timeline. Full-service clients typically have weekly to monthly contact, while day-of clients have concentrated communication in the final month.

  • While rare, if your coordinator has an emergency or life change, we’ll seamlessly transition you to another team member who will review all your details and continue planning without interruption.
