General Questions

  • We’re located at Rock Lititz in Lititz, PA (Lancaster County). Our address is 201 Rock Lititz Blvd, Suite 44, Lititz PA 17543.

  • We primarily serve Central Pennsylvania including Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Harrisburg, and Reading. Wer also coordinate events in Philadelphia, Delaware, Maryland, and destination locations.

  • Simply Events has 18 coordinators, making us the largest event planning team in Central Pennsylvania.

  • Simply Events was founded in January 2010. We’ve been serving Central PA for over 16 years!

  • We coordinate weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and manage Rock Lititz venue spaces. Our team handles events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

  • No! While we’re happy to provide vendor recommendations from our network of trusted professionals, you’re never required to use specific vendors. We work with any vendors you choose.

  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day, often same-day.

Wedding Planning

  • For full-service planning, 6-12 months before your wedding is ideal, though we can work with shorter timelines. Partial planning clients often book 3-6 months out, and day-of coordination is typically booked 2-4 months before. the wedding.

    • Full-Service (up to 60 hours): Complete planning from engagement to wedding day

    • Partial Planning (up to 30 hours): Mid-planning support for couples who’ve started but need help

    • Day-of Coordination (up to 15 hours): Final month preparation and event day management

  • Absolutely! All packages are customizable. We can add hours, services, or create completely custom packages.

  • Yes! We coordinate destination weddings and can travel to your wedding location.

  • Timeline creation, vendor confirmation, rehearsal attendance and direction, complete event day management, vendor coordination, problem-solving, and guest assistance.

  • Full-service clients: Yes! Partial planning clients: Select important meetings. Day-of clients: We don’t attend vendor meetings but confirm all details in the final month.

  • We use Aisle Planner, which gives you access to a personal planning portal with checklists, budget tracking, vendor management, guest lists, and more.

Corporate Events

  • We coordinate corporate events of all sizes – from small 10-person meetings to conferences with 500+ attendees.

  • Yes! We have extensive experience coordinating nonprofit fundraising events, galas, and community gatherings.

  • Large conferences: 6-12 months. Medium events: 2-4 months. Smaller meetings can often be accomodated with 1-2 months notice.

Pricing & Packages

  • We show transparent package pricing for wedding services. Corporate and social event pricing is custom-quoted based on your specific needs.

  • We require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before your event. Specific payment schedules are outlined in your contract.

  • No! We believe in transparent pricing. All fees are clearly outlined in your contract and proposal.

  • Initial consultations are complimentary.

Booking & Policies

  • Contact us through our website, phone, or email. Our booking coordinator will discuss your needs and send a contract. Sign the contract and submit your deposit to secure your date.

  • Cancellation policies are outlined in your service contract and vary by service type. Contact us immediately if you need to discuss cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to transfer services to your new date when possible.

  • Our booking coordinator matches you with the best planner for your event based on date, style, and coordinator expertise. You’ll be introduced to your coordinator upon booking.

Rock Lititz Venues

  • Simply Events coordinates events at Hotel Rock Lititz’ Platinum Room and Pod 2. Contact us to learn more about hosting your event at these unique spaces.

  • Absolutely! We coordinate tours of both venues. Contact us to schedule a visit.

  • No, we are the event coordination team for celebrations held at these Rock Lititz spaces. We work directly with Rock Lititz to provide seamless planning and coordination services.
