Simply Events “Complete” Coordination Package Includes:
Up to 30 Hours of Service
This package includes everything our "Day-Of" package has, but allows Simply Events Inc. to attend appointments with couples, review vendor contracts, research and offer suggestions on vendors, as well as help with organization throughout the planning process. We offer up to an extra 15 hours of assistance, instruction, and encouragement, to make our clients wedding day all that it should be! During our initial consultation we get to know the client and what their needs are, whether they need more help with planning on the front end or more time during the wedding weekend for setup and coordination. We will work in tandem with our sister company The Event Collective the entire process to ensure a seamless experience!
Extra Assistance could include:
Attending venue appointments/tours
Find vendors (Caterer, Photographer, Videographer, Hair & Makeup, DJ/Band, Photo booth, Dessert/Cake, Officiant, Rentals, etc.)
Attending vendor meetings
Assistance in researching wedding attire, wedding decor, transportation, hotel accommodations
Assistance finding/designing/mailing Save The Dates & Invitations
Assistance with programs, place cards, and/or table numbers
Keeping track of RSVP’s
Extra correspondence with vendors
Extra meetings with clients to review plans
