Why Choose Simply Events?

Save Time

Your organization has daily responsibilities and deadlines. Taking time away from those tasks to plan an event can pull the attention away from more important priorities and put your internal projects behind schedule.

Simply Events will contact vendors, put together pricing, navigate availability and carry out your vision while managing all of the details of your event so that you don’t have to!

Motivate Employees

Most employees do not have experience planning corporate events. Being asked to plan an important employee meeting or client appreciation event can cause extra stress on the employee or team involved and may take away from business productivity.

We are here to make sure that your employees, management, and clients feel valued. This gives you an opportunity to focus on what is important - the people you serve!

Save Money

Having an employee or internal team plan an event can take time away from your team's regular work and responsibilities. Since time is money, you could lose cash when your business loses efficiency. Allow us to do what we do best and take care of the details involved in putting together and pulling off a successful event. We’ll negotiate with vendors and review contracts for what makes the most sense to your organization.

Their passion for people and the celebrations that bring us all together stands out in every planning meeting, conversation, and event. Our team gets to spend the evening present with those who have partnered with our mission, because of Simply Events.

Customer & Employee Celebrations

Honoring a milestone anniversary? Staging a ribbon cutting or grand opening? Recognizing your dedicated employees for their efforts?

We understand the importance of these celebrations and will partner with you to make the planning process seamless so you can prioritize your guests while leaving the details to us.

Rely on Simply Events to plan from start to finish or support your internal team for day-of coordination.

How can we help you?

Non-Profit Organizations

You play a vital role in your community and provide services that impact lives.  End of year Celebrations or Fundraising events for volunteers, donors, and staff are an important part of what makes them stand out.

Hiring an event planner to help coordinate these special events will lighten the load on the staff and help promote the organization to the public in a positive and well-organized manner.

Great celebrations encourage those who are already involved and hopefully find new faces to join the effort. Volunteers and board of directors work diligently to provide services that make a difference and the time they give is precious.

Hiring an event planner from Simply Events will guarantee a lighter workload for staff and volunteers - and everyone will be ready to celebrate!

How Do We Get Started?

1. Decide On The Type of EvenT

In order to get started with planning your next event, we just need to know the basics. Will your event be employee or client-related? Will the event take place on-site or off-site? What are your budget expectations?

2. Review Quote From Our Team

We will develop pricing for your specific event based on the time it will take and our hourly rate.

We ask for a 20% deposit fee and a signed contract to begin planning and guarantee your selected date and time of the event.

3. Relax And Allow Us To Plan Your Event

We meet with your team to understand the purpose and expectations of the event.

We give you a planning timeline and follow-through with the planning process, making sure you're informed each step of the way.
