Simply Events loves to help, it’s one of our favorite things to do. While most of our services start at the higher level of event planning, they all involve elements of working with the details. Maybe you don’t need our full coordination services, but could use help with filling gift bags, booking accommodations, sending out invitations, coming up with excursions, meeting set-up/tear-down, or finding vendors. Tiered Services
The services included in our tiered levels are based upon your individual needs/wants. We can offer any of the following services and more: errands, meeting set-up/tear down, scheduling travel/transportation, putting together client gift bags, etc.
Hourly (1-3 hours)
Half Day Only

Evening Cocktail Party (3 hours only, no planning included)

In order to get started we just need to know how we can help. What do you need assistance with? How long do you expect to need our services? What are your budget expectations?
2. Review A Quote From Our Team
We will develop pricing for your concierge services based on the time it will take and our hourly rate.
We ask for a 20% deposit fee and a signed contract to begin planning.
3. Relax And Let Us Take Care Of Everything
We meet or chat with you to understand your specific needs and requests.
Depending on the type of services you need we’ll be in touch throughout the process.
