The services included in our tiered levels are based upon your individual needs/wants. We can offer any of the following services and more: errands, meeting set-up/tear down, scheduling travel/transportation, putting together client gift bags, etc.

• Hourly (1-3 hours)

• Half Day Only

• Full Day Only

• Evening Cocktail Party (3 hours only, no planning included)

• Multi-Day (2 or more days)

Our event based services cover what you need from planning, to coordination and management of events such as client meetings, workshops, employee training/meetings, VIP events, and conferences.

• Initial consultation to discover needs and desired goals for event

• Planning of schedule

• Finding vendors/venues 

• Gathering contracts for approval/signatures/payments

• Managing set-up, tear down and everything in between

We will develop pricing for your concierge services based on the time it will take and our hourly rate.

We ask for a 20% deposit fee and a signed contract to begin planning.
