The Event Collective Rentals Include:

  • White Pole tent (cafe Lighting & sides included) -(Frame Tents are Additional)

  • Guest Tables (Rectangular or round to seat 20-75 guests)

  • Additional Tables (Welcome table/gift table, cake table)

  • 4 Catering tables (Hors D’Oeuvres table, Catering Kitchen tables, Dessert table)

  • 5 Cocktail tables (mix of low or high)

  • Chairs (for ceremony & reception tables)

  • Poly Linens (all food tables, cocktail tables, guest tables, color of choice)

  • Poly Linen Napkins (Color of choice)

  • Floor Plan/Diagram creation

  • Set up/tear Down (All of the above items)

  • Delivery/pickup (All of the above items)

Simply Events “Day Of” Coordination Package Includes:

Up to 15 Hours of Service

  • All communication along the way is included (email, phone/text)

  • Initial in person consultation (1 hour)

  • Final Walk through (4-6 weeks out from the wedding): meet to confirm all details for the big day at wedding location (1-2 hours)

  • Contact all Vendors: Confirm times of arrival/departure, details of all they are providing 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Creation and Distribution of detailed Day Of timeline

  • Coordination of Rehearsal alongside Officiant (1 hour)

  • Lead Coordinator and Assistant on-site for up to 12 hours on wedding day.

  • Management of the wedding day as a whole, includes set-up and tear-down of all decor you provide.
