Simply "By the Hour"
- Working with Wedding Budget
- Discuss theme and wishes of the couple
- Things to do - month by month
- Questions to ask vendors and what to look for in contracts or ask during consultations
- Two Hour minimum - $60.00 per hour
Simply "Day Of"
- Initial consultation
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit Available as needed
- Preparation and distribution of timeline to all vendors and venue staff
- Contact all vendors one week before day of event to review details/needs
- Wrap up appointment preferably one month prior to event to review all details
- Coordinator's Assistant included
- Rehearsal coordination and/or assist officiant
- Wedding Day - direct and manage event - 10-12 hours
- Oversee and assist ceremony/reception set-up and tear down
- Up to 15 hours of service/consultation - $900
Simply "Complete"
- Initial consultation
- Review all vendor contracts
- Preparation and distribution of timeline to all vendors and venue staff
- Follow-up with all vendors - one week prior to event
- Wrap up appointments to discuss final details for wedding day
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit available as needed
- Oversee and assist ceremony/reception set-up and tear down
- Rehearsal coordination and/or assist officiant
- Coordinator's Assistant included
- Wedding Day - direct and manage entire event
- Up to 30 hours of service/consultation - $1800
Simply "Full Service"
- Initial consultation
- Discuss theme, wishes of couple
- Review attire suggestions
- Food and beverage menu selection
- Floral/decor
- Music for both ceremony and reception
- Photography/Videography
- List of accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Transportation
- Guest List preparation
- Review vendor contracts
- Follow-up with all vendors one week prior to event
- Wrap up appointments to review final details
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit available as needed
- Rehearsal coordination and/or assist officiant
- Preparation and distribution of timeline to all vendors and venue staff
- Coordinator's Assistant included
- Wedding Day - direct and manage entire event
- Up to 60 hours of service/consultation - $3600
